The Global Story of Spices: From Ancient Trade to Modern Kitchens

Spices have shaped civilizations, inspired exploration, and transformed the way people cook and preserve food. Long before refrigeration and modern logistics, spices were prized for their ability to enhance flavor, extend shelf life, and symbolize wealth and cultural exchange.
